Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They allow your browser to be recognised, remember choices you have made, and show how the site is used. Comparable technologies such as localStorage work in a similar way and are covered by this policy as well.
Our consent banner groups cookies into categories. Three of them decide which tools run on this website:
Necessary. Required to operate the website and to store your cookie decision. They are set without your consent (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG) because the site cannot function without them. No tracking takes place through them.
Analytics. Help us understand how visitors find and use our site: which pages are read, where people get stuck, and which content leads to a demo booking. They come from Google Analytics and from HubSpot, the CRM system we work with. One of them, hubspotutk, recognises returning visitors and links a later demo request to your contact record. With this consent, Google Analytics also recognises the email address and telephone number entered in our demo request form and passes them to Google in hashed form. Set only with your consent.
Advertisement. Used to measure whether a click on one of our ads led to a demo booking: Google Ads conversion tracking, the TikTok Pixel and the Microsoft Advertising UET tag, which also records how you interact with our pages, for example clicks and scrolling. Microsoft collects or receives personal data from you or from us in order to provide Microsoft Advertising; see the Microsoft Privacy Statement. We do not use Google Ads for remarketing or to show you personalised ads. Set only with your consent.
All analytics and marketing tools are loaded through Google Tag Manager and Google Consent Mode. Tag Manager itself sets no cookies; it only starts a tool once you have consented to the relevant category. If you decline, none of these tools are started, no analytics or marketing cookies are set and no data is transmitted to their providers.
The banner also lists the categories Functional, Performance and Uncategorised. No tool on this website is started through them; whether a tool runs depends only on Analytics and Advertisement.
Our demo scheduler is provided by HubSpot and embedded directly in the page. On our demo page it is loaded once you have sent your details there and go on to choose a time; on our home page, only when you click to open it. In both cases this happens whether or not you have accepted cookies. Booking a meeting is the service you asked for, and without the scheduler you could not arrange one. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR and § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG, not consent.
While the scheduler is open, HubSpot may set its own cookies on its domain to operate the booking interface, such as the Cloudflare cookie __cf_bm, which protects it against automated requests. HubSpot's visitor analytics only run inside the scheduler if you have consented to Analytics: our site passes your choice on to the scheduler, and without that consent it loads no tracking code and sets no analytics cookies. When a booking is completed, our site records a "demo booked" event without personal data; it is only shared with Google Analytics, Google Ads, TikTok or Microsoft Advertising if you have consented to the respective category. If you neither send your details on our demo page nor open the scheduler on our home page, none of this is loaded.
On your first visit you can accept all categories, reject all, or choose individually. Accepting and rejecting carry equal weight, and declining costs you nothing on this site.
Your decision is stored so that you are not asked again on every page. You can change it at any time via the link in the footer of every page. If you withdraw consent, we stop the tools concerned and delete the cookies they set on our domain.
We ask again at least once a year, and sooner if we introduce a new tool or purpose.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. That may affect how parts of the site work.
To be able to demonstrate consent, our consent tool CookieYes keeps a record of each decision: a randomly generated consent ID, the date and time, your choice per category, your country and your IP address in masked form. It contains neither your name nor your email address.

The analytics and marketing tools are operated by Google (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin), HubSpot (HubSpot Ireland Limited, Dublin; parent company HubSpot, Inc., USA), TikTok (TikTok Technology Limited, Dublin, and TikTok Information Technologies UK Limited, London) and Microsoft (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, Dublin); Google Tag Manager is also provided by Google. When they are active, certain data, including your IP address and information about your device and how you use the site, is processed by these providers and may be transferred to the USA and other third countries. Google LLC, HubSpot, Inc. and Microsoft Corporation are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission apply in addition. You have the right to request information about the data stored about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to have its processing restricted or to object to it, to receive the data in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out up to that point. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
